1. Who we are

Dodo Five Funs ("we", "us", "the site") is a free, browser-based H5 mini-game hub operated at gamefun.northfivefun.com. This page explains what data we collect, why, and how you can exercise your rights. If anything is unclear, write to support@powerball.work and a real human will reply within 48 hours.

2. Information we automatically collect

When you visit the site, our servers and our analytics/ads partners may automatically log the following:

IP address — used for fraud detection, rough geo-targeting of ads, and aggregate traffic reporting.
Browser & device metadata — user-agent string, screen size, operating system, language.
Referrer — the page that brought you here (if any).
Visit timestamps — when you loaded each page and when you left.
Anonymous gameplay events — which game you opened, your score, and crash logs. We do not associate these with your name or email.

3. Cookies & similar technologies

We use cookies and local storage in three categories:

Strictly necessary — session and preference cookies that remember your category filter or sort choice. The site cannot function without these.
Analytics — Google Analytics 4 (property G-NW4NN7123B) collects anonymous usage statistics so we can see which games are popular and which pages need fixing.
Advertising — Google AdSense and Google Ad Manager set cookies to serve ads, limit ad frequency, and measure ad performance. See Google's advertising policies for full details.

4. Google AdSense disclosure

We use Google AdSense, a third-party advertising service. AdSense uses cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to our site and/or other sites on the Internet. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on visits to this and other websites.

You may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings (https://www.google.com/settings/ads). You can also opt out of certain third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalised advertising by visiting www.aboutads.info.

5. Google Ad Manager data processing

Ad Manager may set or read cookies on your browser to deliver non-personalised or personalised ads. Where required by law (EEA, UK, California), we request non-personalised ads by default. Vendors used include Google Ad Exchange and certified third-party programmatic partners. Each vendor processes data under its own privacy policy; we do not sell your personal information to them.

6. Google Analytics (GA4)

We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and understand which games are played most. GA4 collects anonymised, event-based data (page views, clicks, game starts). We have IP-anonymisation enabled where available. You can opt out by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on or by using your browser's "Do Not Track" setting.

7. Children's privacy (COPPA)

The site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. We do not show behavioural ads to users we know to be under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact support@powerball.work and we will delete it within 7 days.

8. GDPR rights (EEA & UK)

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you.
Rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data.
Erasure ("right to be forgotten") of your data.
Restriction of processing in certain circumstances.
Data portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format.
Object to processing based on legitimate interest.
Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent.

To exercise any of these rights, email support@powerball.work from the address you want verified. We will respond within 30 days.

9. CCPA / CPRA rights (California)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

Know what categories of personal information we collect and the categories of sources, business purposes, and third parties with whom we share it.
Delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions.
Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. (Dodo Five Funs does not sell personal information; we share limited device identifiers with Google for ad delivery — you can opt out below.)
Non-discrimination for exercising any of the above rights.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information: support@powerball.work — we will action your request within 15 business days. You may also visit Google Ads Settings to opt out of personalised advertising.

10. Data retention

Server access logs are retained for 30 days, then aggregated and anonymised. Google Analytics 4 retains event data for 14 months after the last visit, after which it is automatically deleted. Ad-server cookies generally expire within 30–90 days. If you request deletion, we action it within 30 days (15 days for California residents).

11. International transfers

Some of our service providers (Google, hosting) may process your data outside of your country of residence. Where this occurs, we rely on the provider's standard contractual clauses, adequacy decisions, or other lawful transfer mechanisms. By using the site, you understand that your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States, the European Economic Area, or other jurisdictions where our providers operate.

12. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data (HTTPS, access controls, no public databases). No method of transmission over the Internet, however, is 100% secure. If we become aware of a material breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you where required by law.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will always reflect the current version. For material changes, we display an in-page banner on the site for at least 14 days.
